The client was undertaking a rebranding of its Helensvale and Coomera sites on the Gold Coast. The work involved a refresh to the building façade replacing the existing external signage and installing new branding signage and façade painting. The Helensvale site also received a reception office refresh.
Empire were engaged as Superintendent during the construction phase and provided the Client with Project Management support during the pre-construction phase.
The rebranding of external signage included obtaining council approval. Construction was managed on a constrained and operational storage facility. The procurement of the building contractor occurred through a highly competitive tender.
Carefully planned out works with strict adherance to timelines and hours was required in order to minimise the disruption to the live operations.
Successful rebranding of external signage was delivered in addition to an entire office refresh to suit the new branding guidelines.
