Eighteen Park

This 12-storey residential tower in the riverside suburb of East Brisbane will be home to 27 luxury 3 and 4 bedroom apartments, surrounded by nature with views of the Brisbane River, CBD and Mowbray Park.

Designed by the multi-award winning architecture firm, Altis, the exclusive residences will include 2.7m ceilings, Miele appliances, stone benchtops and a communal gym. Residents will breathe in the cinematic beauty of the city skyline from the rooftop open-air infinity pool, wellness centre, yoga deck, covered entertaining spaces and seating pods.

The boutique nature of the building is reflected with the curvilinear facade following the bend in the river’s edge softened by vertical green spaces rising towards the sky.

Empire has been appointed as Project Manager and Superintendent for the delivery of the Eighteen Park residences in East Brisbane.
