Boutique Coastal Residences

In collaboration with Holm Developments and DeMartini Fletcher property, the $76M boutique apartment building will offer 47 luxury, coastal two, three and four bedroom apartments across four levels with various configurations.

It is a tropically inspired inspired development, including a 20-metre heated swimming pool with its own sandy beach, a board shack with custom paddleboards and surfboards in true Casuarina style, a shared vintage bicycle scheme with 30 customer PAMA bikes available and landscaped grounds delivered from 100% renewable sources.

The PAMA Casurina project is currently under construction. Designed with the latest contemporary and modern features coupled with high end amenities. Empire are delivering expert contract superindendent services for the main works Design and Construction contract.

The Challenges

The project is currently running smoothly with minor challenges that have successfully been worked through such as; the change in architect pre and post engagement of Hutchinson Builders and obtaining good market coverage and pricing on Provisional Sum allowances such as metalwork, joinery, swimming pool and landscape packages.

The Solutions

In order to deliver the contemporary and modern residences comprising of 47 luxury apartments across 4 storey’s we have been diligent with the contract, maintaining accurate records and having a close relationship with the client and contractor. Through quality and open communication, we have been able to map out expectations and proactively identify issues and opportunities.

The Outcomes

This project is still early in construction.
