John Fletcher Properties has obtained DA consent for the demolition of the existing structures and construction of a 1,000m2 industrial warehouse building with office areas and carparking for 12 car spaces.

The head contract will be awarded as a D&C, cost plus arrangement.

Site challenges include a steep sloping side sideways across the site with existing buildings on the high side requiring adequate shoring and support. The low side of the site has a creek and there are substantial overland flow paths that have needed to be addressed.
