The Peninsula Apartments is a premier residential complex featuring unique lifestyle qualities of luxury apartment living in the Centre of Manly, just meters from the beach, shops, restaurants, transport and medical facilities.
It is Manly’s largest and most complex residential development, with 3 strata plans.
The Peninsula has three buildings and four elevators.
Project Engineering services were provided for the construction contractor throughout the entirety of the construction phase.
The location of the project in a bustling suburb posed challenges with ensuring road closures and construction vehicle and material truck access was readily available.
Careful management and coordination of the works with council and the department of transport and main roads was critical to ensure everything ran smoothly.
