Design & Construction

Empire were engaged for the design and construction of a brand-new triplex development in the Sutherland Shire.

The design includes 3 x identical homes each with 3 bedrooms; 3 bathrooms; basement parking; open plan living and dining; plunge pool; and terraces to the front and rear of the site with distant city views.

Following delays with obtaining DA consent the project was taken to the Land & Environment Court and a swift approval was negotiated with Council to keep the project moving.

The Challenges

Extensive delays occurred with the DA consent initially which put the project timelines at risk. There was also complex liaising with utility providers for upgraded supplies.

The Solutions

Utilising Empire’s experience with development application processes we acted quickly to move the DA to the Land & Environment court which provide the required council approvals without impacting the project timelines.

The Outcomes

A modern and contemporary residential complex comprising of 3 beautifully appointed with open plan living, dining, plunge pools and terraces.
