Contemporary Upgrades of the existing hotel

The Lakeview Hotel Motel is a hotel/motel owned and managed by Redcape Hotel Group. Featuring an open plan sports bar & TAB, casual dining area, outdoor smoking area and kids’ play equipment. The hotel is currently in Construction phase with Stage 1 of the works completed.

Empire were engaged as Project Manager and Superintendent throughout planning, design, construction and handover phases. Our scope included refurbishment of existing hotel to upgrade the existing bar and bistro, gaming, and sports bar area. Works included refurbishment of existing remotely located motel rooms and installation of new children’s play area.

The Challenges

Construction was to be undertaken whilst the hotel was operational therefore minimising disruption was key to meet project objectives.

The Solutions

Many of the project works have been carried out before operating hours and during normal trading hours using hoarding as required.

The Outcomes

Stage 1 has now been completed with stage 2 approaching it’s final phases.

Club Central Hotel

Storage King Kunda Park

Empire were engaged by the client to produce a feasibility report for the extension to the existing storage facility at Storage King Kunda Park.

Cook School

The primary objective of the development is to facilitate additional teaching facilities to service existing and future student enrolments.
