Lakes Centre Complex in the heart of Caboolture

Lakes Centre is the construction of a new commercial building with 6 tenancies across 3 storeys. Delivery by AS4920 D&C Contract. Provision of Superintendent services. The building was completed in Q4 2022. The building provides for circa 1,500m2 GFA, with secure parking for 23 vehicles, secure bike store and end of trip facilities.
