Empire has been appointed as Superintendent by Rida Corp on the exciting new Eagle Farm Corporate Park, a landmark development set to redefine Brisbane’s commercial and industrial landscape.​

​Located on a prime 1.2 hectare site along Kingsford Smith Drive, this project will deliver over 41 premium office-warehouse units, making it South East Queensland’s largest project of its kind, with an impressive 8,600sqm under roof.​

In collaboration with Evolve Constructions and Sparc Architects, the development is crafting a contemporary environment featuring tilt panel construction, sleek architectural design, and abundant glazing to create light-filled, dynamic spaces.​

This development is an exciting new chapter in Brisbane’s growth, and we’re proud to bring it to life.
