A Luxurious Collection of South Brisbane Residences

Akin Residences is a luxury residential tower developed by Tallis Property Group.

With three-bedroom apartments pre-selling for upwards of $1.39 million, Akin is designed for easy access to Brisbane’s South Bank cultural precinct.

Empire were engaged as Superintendent and provided the Client with Project Management support during the construction phase.

The Challenges

As with all construction projects, there are a varying amount of challenges that may occur with design, development applications and all regulatory approvals.

The Outcomes

At the time of writing, Akin Residences is still undergoing construction. Delivery is expected to be completed in 2024.
