The Ultimate Master-planned Community

As part of a $1.2 billion, 350-hectare master-planned community in Sydney’s southwest, the Willowdale Retirement Village is a garden estate with a legacy of serene boulevards, interlinked by scenic walkways. Crafted to the highest standards of residential design for seniors, it features five distinct housing typologies as well as captured vistas that open up large green spaces in between high-density plots. Completing the picture, the central Clubhouse gives residents access to an array of amenities, such as a pool and gym, well-being suites, alfresco zones, and a library.

There was a successful construction of a retirement village with 68 self-contained houses and new infrastructure for residents. The new community clubhouse building also provided a vast scope, including an indoor pool, gym, an alfresco entertainment space, a centralised social hub with a pool table and entertainment area, and even a bocce court and landscaping. Now Willowdale has a fantastic centralised community where everyone can gather and enjoy.
