The Crown Hotel, located in Revesby NSW, is owned and operated by Redcape Hotel Group and offers food and beverages, TAB, and gaming facilities.

The hotel is one of 30 venues owned and operated by the group in NSW, Redcape’s mantra when looking to refurbish their venues is how they can enhance the customer experience to support their goal of “enriching local communities with our hospitality”

Empire were engaged as Project Manager and Superintendent throughout planning, design, construction and handover phases.

The Challenges

The project was completed in a live operational environment therefore works needed to be carried out with minimal disruption.

The Solutions

Works were meticulously scheduled around key operational and trade hours to minimise disruption.

The Outcomes

The gaming room was completely refurbished including the amenities to provide new and enhanced finishes. A new coffer ceiling with digital signage was installed. The lobby was refurbished and new gaming signage was added to the building exterior.
