The project manager was responsible for providing project management services for the new store development program across the United Kingdom.
Scope of services encompassed from project inception to lease agreement, design development, statutory approvals, planning and construction phases up until the store was opened.
All projects were delivered within very short timelines, with a base building fit out being delivered within 4 weeks which included 1 week to stock the supermarket shelves.
Extremely strict fit out deadlines were a requirement of the project which involved very close monitoring.
Due to the strict build deadlines, the project manager had to carefully scope and manage all contracts, development and statutory approvals well ahead of time to ensure all works commenced on time by contractors involved.
The project was successfully delivered end-to-end as per client requirements.
