The Eve Hotel Development

The developer Toga Group, in conjuction with the hotel operator TFE, are embarking on a remarkablke redevelopment of the Surry Hills Village precinct in Sydney’s CBD.

This innovative project comprises of a new boutique hotel named “The Eve Hotel”, which includes a Lobby Bar and Rooftop Bar accommodating approximately 100 people. The stunningly designed mixed-use development will span 1.2ha across the site of Sydney’s original Wunderlich Ltd factory, offering 102 hotel rooms, 122 apartments, a rooftop pool and 12,000 sqm of an entirely new lifestyle precinct including shopping, al-fresco dining and progressive commercial and event spaces.

This visually immersive hotel will evoke elegance, sophistication, comfort and culture, transforming the precinct into a stylish and eclectic destination.

Empire will be proving project management and superintendency support for the Lobby Bar and Rooftop Bar fitouts to coincide with the hotel opening scheduled for late 2024.
