The Eve Hotel Development

The developer Toga Group, in conjuction with the hotel operator TFE, embarked on a remarkable redevelopment of the Surry Hills Village precinct in Sydney’s CBD.

This innovative project comprises a new boutique hotel named “The Eve Hotel”, which includes a Lobby Bar and Rooftop Bar accommodating approximately 100 people. The stunningly designed mixed-use development spans 1.2ha across the site of Sydney’s original Wunderlich Ltd factory, offering 102 hotel rooms, 122 apartments, a rooftop pool and 12,000 sqm of an entirely new lifestyle precinct including shopping, al-fresco dining and progressive commercial and event spaces.

Empire Project Management was engaged to provide project management and superintendency support for the Lobby Bar and Rooftop Bar fitouts.
