Storage King Morayfield

This expansive, state-of-the-art storage facility in Morayfield, Queensland was successfully completed in 2025 and has added nearly 6,500m2 NLA (Net Lettable Area) through a collaborative and meticulously coordinated effort by the project team.

The facility comprises self-storage units across all four levels as well as an ancillary office, retail and display space on the ground floor and 16 onsite car parking spaces.

Working closely with our client Abacus Group, the project has been delivered ahead of schedule despite the significat rain events that South East Queensland has experienced at the begininning of 2025.

Empire were engaged as Project Manager.
