The Project Manager was responsible for the successful delivery of 66 residential units on the banks of the River Thames.
The development comprised 2 newly constructed blocks and a complete refurbishment of an existing block.
All apartments in this landmark location were luxuriously appointed with high spec fittings and fixtures.
The scope for the 66 residential apartments also included significant structural amendments to occupied buildings including facades and extending existing slabs.
Notable challenges to overcome on this project was to construct the Basement carpark along the banks of the River Thames. There were challenging logistics within the crowded London CBD and to ensure that the building was below the maximum height permitted to allow sight lines from the River Thames to St Paul’s cathedral.
Works were carefully scheduled and planned around crowds and road access limitations. Careful design and engineering ensured the height of the building didn’t encroach on the view.
The project successfully delivered 66 luxuriously appointed residential apartments along the banks of the River Thames. All apartments were fitted with high end fixtures and furnishings.
Club Central’s hotel development comprised of a new 124-room Travelodge Hotel over nine floors.

Taylor Square is one of the centers of Sydney’s nightlife. There are many bars and nightclubs, as well as many restaurants and cafes.
Empire were engaged by the client to produce a feasibility report for the extension to the existing storage facility at Storage King Kunda Park.
The primary objective of the development is to facilitate additional teaching facilities to service existing and future student enrolments.
