The Prospect Hotel Motel

The Prospect Hotel Motel is conveniently located right on the Great Western Highway and offers hotel/motel style accommodation as well as a fully licensed bar and bistro. The establishment is well known as a top pick for road-trippers, tradies, and anyone needing a reliable stopover close to Blacktown, Parramatta, and the M4.

 

The site is undergoing a transformation which is being delivered in stages and includes an extended dining area, stylish bar, plus updates to the outdoor dining area designed for relaxed gatherings with family and friends.

 

Stage 1 has now been successfully completed and stage 2 works underway which include a new children’s play area with outdoor decking, an updated sports bar area, and an external artisan facade upgrade to the main entry.

 

Empire is delighted to be providing Project Management and Superintendent services across the full project lifecycle from inception through to completion and handover.
