Gaming Room & Sports Bar Refurbishment

Residing 15 minutes away from Mona Vale Beach, Park House caters to the local population, providing live music and sporting events from the Front Yard bar to offering family / casual dining in the Garden Bar and Truck Stop.

The Golden Lounge also offers patrons a premium gaming experience in the Northern Beaches.

Empire was engaged as Project Managers for the refurbishment of Park House’s Gaming Room and Sports Bar Refurbishments.

Empire was involved throughout the project’s lifecycle, from design to the construction phase.

The Challenges

Demolition of existing carpets, glazing and joinery was required and works undertaken in a live environment.

The Solutions

Works were carefully scheduled and planned to minimise disruption to the operations and trade.

The Outcomes

A signifant refurbishment of the gaming room including a new bar, carpets, LED panels, gaming screens and bases. A refurbishment was completed to the existing sports bard including banquette screens and a new dry bar.

Club Central Hotel

Club Central’s hotel development comprised of a new 124-room Travelodge Hotel over nine floors.

Storage King Kunda Park

Empire were engaged by the client to produce a feasibility report for the extension to the existing storage facility at Storage King Kunda Park.

The primary objective of the development is to facilitate additional teaching facilities to service existing and future student enrolments.
