Major Rebranding Works

The project manager was appointed as Country Project Manager for Nissan Australia to manage rebranding works across 192 dealerships in Australia over a period of 5 years. Working in a team of 3 Country Project Managers and reporting to the Regional PMO, the PM ensured brand compliance and corporate identity was met as the rollout progressed.

The Project Manager was overseeing the delivery of Nissan sites in Ballarat (VIC), Parramatta and Wyong (NSW) anThe project d was heavily involved with the procurement process of directly procured items such as carpet, tiles, furniture, fixtures, lighting, cladding and signage.

The Challenges

Extensive scoping and development of budgets for each dealership was required. Due the large scale of the project, multiple site meetings and progress vists were required to keep the project on track.

Thorough design planning efforts were undertaken ensuring the outcomes were checked against the Nissan corporate identity.

The project was successfully delivered to Nissan’s complex requirements.

Club Central Hotel

Whalebridge is an exterior dining seafood restaurant located in the heart of Circular Quay.

The transformation was undertaken to strengthen the Club’s position as a leading entertainment and dining venue

Taylor Square

Taylor Square is one of the centers of Sydney’s nightlife. There are many bars and nightclubs, as well as many restaurants and cafes.

Storage King Kunda Park

Empire were engaged by the client to produce a feasibility report for the extension to the existing storage facility at Storage King Kunda Park.

Cook School

The primary objective of the development is to facilitate additional teaching facilities to service existing and future student enrolments.
