The Project Director was responsible for the Design Management, Procurement, Construction and Handover phases of the Mounties Terrace Bar project.
The project involved the conversion of the existing space into a new Bar, Café and Lounge Area.
The project was delivered under a Design & Construct Contract with design documents being 80% complete.
The scope included the removal of the existing bar and lounge, building extension to accommodate the new kitchen, a new bar, kitchen and lounge area, an outdoor service point and new furnishings.
Construction was undertaken in a live environment and careful consideration was needed to minimise the impact on existing operations.
Works were planned around primary trading hours to minimise operational disruption.
A user friendly, modern and functional terrace bar space inclusive of outdoor landscaping.
