Outdoor Terrace

The Project Director was responsible for the successful delivery of the Mounties Outdoor Terrace project.

The project included new landscaping, finishes and furniture in order to provide the existing Outdoor Terrace with a facelift.

The project was delivered under a Design & Construct Contract with the design documents being 80% complete.

The scope included new finishes and fittings, new landscaping and a water feature, new furniture and refurbished bathroom.

The Challenges

Construction was undertaken in a live environment and careful consideration was needed to minimise the impact on existing operations.

The Solutions

Works were planned around primary trading hours to minimise operational disruption.

 

The Outcomes

A functional and aesthetically pleasing outdoor terrace bar which seamlessly connects to the internal club zones.
