Members Bar Refurbishment

The Project Director was responsible for the successful delivery of the new Members Bar project at Mounties Mount Pritchard.

In order to avoid disruption to Members and guests and to maintain the operations of the business the new Members Bar was delivered before the existing members Bar was decommissioned.

The scope included an extension of the existing building envelope to accommodate the new members bar, new bar, toilets and lounge areas, interactive high tables and sound ceiling.

The Challenges

Construction was undertaken in a live environment and careful consideration was needed to ensure adequate soundproofing was delivered in addition to minimising the impact on existing operations.

The Solutions

The project was delivered under a traditional lump sum contract. Careful planning meant that the project was undertaken out of sight and without disruption to staff and guests of the club.

The Outcomes

A contemporary and inviting members bar, amenities, lounge area and sports bar.

Club Central Hotel
