Johnny Fongs Chinese Restaurant

The Project Manager was responsible for the Design Management, Procurement, Construction and Handover phases of this project.

The project involved the delivery of a new Chinese Restaurant to help strengthen the Clubs position as a leading dining precinct within the local area.

Constructing a large restaurant within a live operational environment.

The Solutions

The project was carefully executed around primary trade hours to reduce and minimise any distruption to members and guests.

The Outcomes

An eclectic 350 seat Chinese restaurant which includes a brand new bar and kitche, new goods lift and food storage areas as well as new toilets.

Club Central Hotel

Club Central’s hotel development comprised of a new 124-room Travelodge Hotel over nine floors.
