The Project Director was responsible for the successful delivery of the Mounties Infrastructure Upgrades project before he joined the Empire team.
As the Club grew with the implementation of the Master Plan the infrastructure servicing the building needed to be increased in order to cope with the increased demands on the infrastructure.
These works were incorporated into the Master Plan sub-projects in order to minimize disruption to Staff and Guests whilst also providing efficiencies with Head Contractor preliminaries.
To implement robust systems and infrastructure that would support and service the building as the additional stages of works were completed.
New cooling towers, chillers and condensers were implemented in addition to required utilities and energy efficient solar panels.
The project successfully delivered the 3 x 1000KVA substations and a 3000KVA backup generator in addition to the new cooling towers, photovoltaic solar panels, BMS system and increased gas supply.
