An Elite University Hospital Facility

The Macquarie University Hospital and Clinic Buildings are operated by MQ Health, university-owned teaching hospital, which combined world-class clinical care, teaching and research. The hospital block is five-storey’s and clinic block four-storey’s, with an air bridge connecting levels 2 & 3 of both buildings. Our scope included acting as the University Project Director’s representatives onsite throughout development.

The Solutions

We successfully assisted with the deliver on a new hospital and clinic building, radiotherapy bunkers, pharmacy, cafe, hydrotherapy, reception and waiting room.

The Outcomes

A state of the art design and construction project of a bridge connecting level 2 and 3 of the hospital and clinic buildings, 20 ICU and CCU beds, 15 operating theatres and 186 beds.

Club Central Hotel

Club Central's hotel development comprised of a new 124-room Travelodge Hotel over nine floors.
