Campus Wide Audio Visual Upgrade

This strategic program of works was aimed at providing an upgrade to all analogue audio-visual system over 90 teaching spaces across 10 buildings in the campus.

The program was approved to roll out over a 2-year period in various stages of implementation to meet the University’s live occupied environment needs.

Empire were engaged to provide project management services across strategic planning and implementation phases.

The Challenges

The key challenges for the project included working in a live environment with multiple stakeholders, and programming of works within a limited window of opportunity (semester breaks and non-teaching periods).

The Solutions

Strategic planning of the project ocurred across a 2-year period to minimise disruption to the University’s live environment needs.

The Outcomes

The results have provided intuitive and user-friendly state-of-the-art AV systems to facilitate the University’s teaching and learning pedagogy with current technology. The audio-visual anologue system upgrade to digital was also achieved successfully.

Whalebridge is an exterior dining seafood restaurant located in the heart of Circular Quay.

The transformation was undertaken to strengthen the Club’s position as a leading entertainment and dining venue

Taylor Square

Taylor Square is one of the centers of Sydney’s nightlife. There are many bars and nightclubs, as well as many restaurants and cafes.

Storage King Kunda Park

Empire were engaged by the client to produce a feasibility report for the extension to the existing storage facility at Storage King Kunda Park.

Cook School

The primary objective of the development is to facilitate additional teaching facilities to service existing and future student enrolments.

Cabramatta Hotel

Cabramatta Hotel transformed itself into a premier community destination through a luxury refurbishment project.
