Empire are thrilled to be providing project management services to deliver a Kennards Self Storage facility with more than 700 storage units in Darra, QLD.

Located on the Centenary Highway, the project’s scope of works include a suspended podium slab incorporating vehicular access via Summer Road, a loading zone, retail services, offices and carparking at Storage Level 1 with 3 upper levels of storage. External landscaping, civil and environment controls and the demolition of existing redundant facilities and assets is also included in the works.
