Goodman undertook an end of lease renewal of elements within Warehouse 1B of their Brisbane Gate Industrial Park located in Hendra. Leveraging various existing Goodman design standards including in selection of fittings and fixtures.
The scope of works included refurbishment of the ablutions and tearoom within office B including demolition of wall and floor coverings, renewal of waterproofing and wall and floor coverings, new sanitary fixtures, light fittings, new joinery and associated tea room provisioning.
Empire were the Project Managers and Superintendents across scoping, contractor procurement, construction and handover including all direct suppliers.
