Cook School is a NSW Department of Education facility established in 2002 providing support for students who have previously found mainstream education to be educationally and socially challenging. The primary objective of the development is to facilitate additional teaching facilities to service existing and future student enrolments.
Ensuring strict compliance with all required educational and government legislation will be paramount throughout the lifecycle of the project. We will be implementing their new set of guidelines to fast track delivery of the school expansion.
Incorporating the installation of a series of modular units designed to function as one integrated building with common circulation areas and pedestrian ingress / egress points. In addition, at-grade car park, internal road works and outdoor seating/landscaping.
This project is still in progress.
