Revitalisation for a Greener Experience

Located just 30 minutes north of Brisbane CBD with easy access to the Gateway Motorway, Carseldine Greens offers care for 120 residents across 4 “pod” wings with central courtyards and communal entertaining hall. To keep up with its reputation for being a warm and homely setting, key improvements were done on communal and resident room furniture, new outdoor seating areas and landscaping.

Services were provided for contract administration and the successful implementation of the refurbishment works. The improvement included design and construction of new servery areas, new communal and resident room furniture, room floor finishes, new outdoor seating areas, improved AC and dining facilities.
