Empire is proud to be delivering Project Management services as Clerk of Works for the reinstatement of the Beresfield Design Centre in NSW.

In February 2025, the property was badly damaged by a large-scale fire. Subsequently, a range of measures were undertaken to assess the property and make it safe. Due to the extent of the damage, the tenants occupying the property unfortunately had to vacate.

Following the successful lodgement of an insurance claim by the owners, Empire has been engaged to lead the reinstatement project which will seek to achieve a “like for like” outcome with what was occupying the site prior to the significant fire event.

The remedial works involve structural repairs and rectifications to restore the integrity of the property, as well as the correction of aesthetic damage.
