Renewing a Brisbane Hidden Gem

The Aspley Hotel is one of Brisbane North’s hidden gems. Enriched in history dating back to the 1800’s & affectionately known as ‘The Aspley’. This venue offers a range of tasteful Bars, Dining Areas, Gaming Room, TAB and multiple on-site Function Rooms.

The project will involve extensive renovations to develop a comfortable, contemporary, and family-friendly hotel while still staying true to its rich heritage.

Empire were engaged as Project Manager and Superintendent throughout planning, design, construction and handover phases.

The Challenges

The extensive renovations include demolition of the retail space and expansion of the gaming room, entry, bar and amenities. The project works also include refurbishment of the sports bar and amenities, bistro and car park reconfiguration.

The Solutions

Working closely with the contractors and the client, construction will be managed in carefully planned stages to ensure the hotel is kept fully operational.

This project is still under construction.
