Complex Feasibility and planning

Empire was engaged by the client to produce a feasibility report for the extension to the existing storage facility at Storage King Miami. The works included producing a concept plan for a new multistorey self-storage building, undertaking site investigations and procurement of consultants. The final report including design, costs, risks assessment and program.

The next phase of works Empire will undertake is to obtain Development Approval and procurement of a construction contractor.

The Challenges

Design management and planning for a new 3-storey building within an existing facility, ensuring minimal disruption to live operations.

The Solutions

Obtaining required development approvals and preparing tender documentation for construction contract procurement. Ensuring relevant upgrades occur to the existing buildings and the new building is seamlessley integrated.
