Live Environment Industrial Construction

This project involved the construction of 300m2 of a self-storage warehouse within an existing facility.

Empire were engaged as Superintendent during construction and provided the Client with Project Management support during the pre-construction phase.

The Challenges

Construction was managed on a constrained and operational storage facility therefore minimising disruption was critical. The building contractor tender was also extremely competitive.

Design and construction was successfully managed on a constrained and operational storage facility through carefully planned timelines and hours of operation for works to be completed.

The Outcomes

Successfully delivery of 2300m2 of self-storage warehouse across two storeys with material hoist inclusive of exterior landscaping works.
