Sydney Living Museums is responsible for the stewardship of a group of 12 of the most important historic houses, gardens and museums in NSW. In support of this they included new air handling units, attenuators, humidifiers, control and devices required a critical air conditioning upgrade within the Museum of Sydney. The site’s notable historic significance is where Government House was built in 1788 on Gadigal land in which the first nine governors of NSW lived and worked.
This air conditioning upgrade was of vital importance to the operation of the Museum of Sydney as it plays a key role in the preservation of historical artefacts.
Highly sensitive infrastructure upgrade to improve air humidification and quality. A very careful pre-tender review of design and scope of work documents to ensure scope of works was correctly identified.
A rigorously selective process of tendering the highly sensitive infrastructure was undertaken to achieve the clients objectives and requirements.
Successful design, construction, commissioning and handover of the project as per brief, budget and timelines.
