Our project scope of works for the Illawarra Catholic Club office fitout included a refurbishment of the office space, procurement of the building contractor and the requirement to chair all project meetings with the design team, all stakeholders and contractors.
Construction was required to be undertaken swiftly to ensure minimal disruption to the staff. Empire was also responsible for obtaining all authority approvals for the construction phase. There was a distinct lack of natural light in the existing office space therefore this was a key objective of the project to improve.
Hoarding was used to ensure noise levels were kept at a minimum. Office spaces were opened up to allow for more natural light to be filtered in.
A multipurpose, modern office space with plenty of natural light, ventilation and air conditioning facilities.
