Hotel Brunswick is an iconic heritage listed venue in the Northern Rivers regions of New South Wales. It is owned and managed by Moelis Australia Hotel Management (MAHM) Group. The hotel is cherished by the local community and appreciated not only for its food and drinks, but also for the entertainment and stage acts on offer. The previously approved DA (Stage 1) saw the accommodation rooms on level 1 being converted to offices.
MAHM is now investigating the option of activating level 1 as a Food & Beverage space instead of converting back to accommodation rooms (Stage 2) and has engaged Empire Project Management to drive the project throughout design development, statutory approvals and construction phase.
The project involves managing complex design requirements and DA submissions, ensuring heritage requirements are considered as part of the tender, assessment and design phases.
