Tim is one of Empire’s Project Directors. With more than 14 years in the construction and property industries across the UK and Australia, he is dedicated and experienced.
Throughout his career, Tim has worked with consultancies, government housing providers and aged care operators. Through this, he has gained invaluable exposure to a wide range of projects.
He has also led technical due diligence inspections and reporting on multiple commercial and industrial buildings.
Tim has experience inspecting properties including homes, businesses and factories. This has helped him learn hands-on about managing assets and planning for investments.
Tim is well-versed in every aspect of the project life cycle. This includes brief to design, stakeholders, contractors, on-site supervision, contracts, payments, claims and close-out.
