With over 20 years of experience across a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, government, education and health, Rocco has successfully led many teams to deliver key complex, high-pressure projects whilst concurrently managing client, consultant and contractor relationships. His depth of experience allows him to consistently manage all aspects of a project including establishing client requirements, tender and contract negotiations, due diligence reports, feasibilities and budgets.
Being highly results focused, Rocco is responsible for our end-to-end delivery framework which includes high-quality project delivery, resource coordination and delivery governance. He ensures synergy and exceptional communication exists between all stakeholders including consultants and authorities, whilst carefully balancing competing priorities to ensure project success.
He is passionate about driving innovations and operational efficiencies into his projects and sharing his best-practices with his team, and fellow industry professionals as a trusted mentor.
