Maddy is a passionate and driven client-side project management professional with extensive full lifecycle experience across a wide range of sectors ranging from $100K Capital Works to >$100M Master Plans.
Following on from her degree in Bachelor of Design in Interior Architecture, Maddy has over 8 years of project experience across sectors such as community, government, retail, hospitality, mixed use, commercial, residential, and aged care.
With exceptional skills in building stakeholder relationships, effective communication, contract administration and project coordination, Maddy makes significantly positive impacts on all projects she works on, ensuring optimal project outcomes.
Also known for being detail-orientated, Maddy is well versed across identifying, assessing, recommending & subsequently managing various approvals pathways including Exempt Development, Complying Development, local Council DAs and State significant DAs.
Maddy is also experienced in managing large, multi-disciplinary consultant teams throughout project lifecycles, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief and on budget.
