Empire Project Management was formed in 2017 by Mark Pritchard.
Mark has worked incredibly hard for more than 3 decades in the industry to gain every piece of knowledge known to doing project management right the first time.
Joining Mark in the early years as co-owner and a Director, Nathan Gallon is also a seasoned project management professional with over 2 decades of experience in the construction and property industries.
Together, Mark and Nathan are acutely aware of the importance of building a successful business from the foundation of people. With curious natures, grit determination and natural 360 degree expert views of the industry, they have a unique lens in managing and leading project teams to drive successful outcomes.
Over the years, our leadership team have successfully grown the business to posess over 15 dynamic and experienced project management professionals.
